A1: Order Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Some items are "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer. These items may have longer processing times that vary by manufacturer - we do not control their shipping schedules.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

When is my card charged?

When you place an order, we place an AUTHORIZATION HOLD on your card. This is NOT a charge - it is a temporary hold to verify funds are available.

Your card is actually CHARGED when your order ships.

If your order is cancelled before shipping, the authorization hold is released within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank).

EXCEPTION: Drop ship orders and special orders may be charged at the time we place the order with our supplier, before the item ships to you.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on the item, destination, and shipping method selected.

Certain items (firearms, hazmat, etc.) have specific carrier requirements due to shipping regulations.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.

IMPORTANT: Firearms and ammunition CANNOT be shipped to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

• If you select UPS or FedEx shipping to a PO Box address, those carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes
• You are responsible for any delivery issues, returns, fees, or losses that result
• We strongly recommend using a physical street address or selecting USPS

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS.

Firearms, ammunition, and certain restricted items CANNOT be shipped to military addresses due to federal regulations and international shipping restrictions.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is available for select items to select countries.

Firearms, ammunition, suppressors, NFA items, and ITAR-controlled items CANNOT be shipped internationally - no exceptions.

All international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

We will not falsify customs declarations or undervalue shipments.

What is the signature requirement policy?

Signature confirmation is REQUIRED for: All orders over $500, all firearm shipments, all NFA/suppressor shipments.

We may require signature on additional orders at our discretion.

Signature requirements cannot be waived.
