A5: Order Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 1 HOUR of placement at no charge - contact us immediately.

After 1 hour: Check if order is marked "Shipped" - if yes, a shipping label has been created and the order CANNOT be cancelled.

Once a shipping label has been created, the order CANNOT be cancelled. You must receive the item and follow our return process.

Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return after receipt.

What about drop ship orders?

Drop ship orders are placed directly with our suppliers. Once we have emailed/ordered from the supplier, the order CANNOT be cancelled.

We charge your card when we place the order with the supplier (before the item ships).

If the order has already been placed with the supplier, you must wait for delivery and follow our return process.

What about NFA/suppressor orders?

Once ATF Form 4 paperwork has been submitted, the order CANNOT BE CANCELLED under any circumstances. This initiates a federal process that cannot be reversed.

The $200 tax stamp is a federal payment to the ATF and is non-refundable.
