What warranties do your products have?

Products are covered by their respective MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES.

For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly. We can provide proof of purchase documentation upon request.

Botach Tactical does not provide our own warranty on products - all warranty service goes through the original manufacturer.

What about open box, clearance, Botach Surplus, and demo items?

Open box, clearance, demo items, and ALL items sold on Botach Surplus (botachsurplus.com) are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY.

These items are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES for any reason.

This applies even if the item is defective. Heavily discounted items do not carry manufacturer warranty.
