A6: Damaged & Defective Items

What if my item arrives damaged?

Report shipping damage within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.

Provide photos of: the outer shipping box, inner packaging, damaged item, and shipping label.

DO NOT throw away the packaging until the claim is resolved.

If reported within 3 days with proper documentation, we will provide a free return label and arrange replacement or refund.

What if my item is defective?

Manufacturing defects reported within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery: We handle directly - contact us for a return label and replacement/refund.

Defects reported after 3 days: You may be directed to the manufacturer's warranty process.

Defects discovered after 30 days: Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

What if I received the wrong item?

If we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.

We will provide a free return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

If YOU ordered the wrong item, standard return policy applies (customer pays shipping).
