What is shipping protection?
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout that covers your package against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
If you purchased shipping protection and experience an issue, file a claim with our protection provider for expedited resolution.
What if I didn't purchase shipping protection?
Without shipping protection, claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages are handled through the carrier's claims process.
Carrier claims take longer to process and may not be approved.
Resolution depends on carrier investigation results.
How do I file a claim?
Report issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
WITH shipping protection: File claim through the protection provider.
WITHOUT shipping protection: Contact us and we will initiate a carrier claim on your behalf.
Provide: Order number, tracking number, description of issue, photos if applicable.
