How do I purchase a suppressor or NFA item?

NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, etc.) require ATF approval through the Form 4 process.

The process: 1) Purchase from us, 2) Form 4 paperwork is submitted with $200 tax stamp, 3) Wait for ATF approval (timing varies - controlled by ATF), 4) Take possession from your SOT dealer after approval.

IMPORTANT: Once Form 4 is submitted, the order CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

How long does NFA approval take?

ATF Form 4 processing times vary and are controlled entirely by the ATF - we cannot predict or estimate wait times.

We have no ability to expedite this process.

You can check your Form 4 status directly with the ATF.

Can I cancel an NFA order?

BEFORE Form 4 submission: YES - If Form 4 has not been submitted, no shipping label created, and item is still in our warehouse, we can cancel and refund.

AFTER Form 4 submission: NO CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE. The federal process has begun and cannot be reversed. The $200 tax stamp is paid to the ATF and is non-refundable.

Changing your mind, moving to a restricted state, or any other reason does not allow cancellation after Form 4 submission.

Am I responsible for suppressor compatibility?

YES. You are solely responsible for verifying that a suppressor is compatible with your host firearm.

This includes: correct thread pitch, appropriate caliber rating, barrel length requirements, and all other compatibility factors.

Compatibility issues are not grounds for return.
