A3: Non-Returnable Items

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:

FIREARMS & AMMUNITION: Firearms (especially after FFL transfer), all ammunition, NFA items and suppressors (after Form 4 submission), powders, primers, fuses, and reloading components.

SAFETY & PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Body armor, ballistic plates, and ballistic helmets, respirators, masks, and PPE equipment, personal hygiene products, mouth calls and ear protection.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Items containing fuel or liquids, HAZMAT products (sprays, flares, fire extinguishers), gas-powered items once fuel has been added.

SPECIAL ITEMS: Custom orders and special orders, modified or altered items, open box, clearance, demo items, and ALL Botach Surplus items, gift cards and certificates, food and perishable items, tree stands and climbing equipment, blowguns.

Why can't these items be returned?

These restrictions exist for safety, legal, and regulatory reasons:

FIREARMS: Once transferred through an FFL, the ATF paperwork is complete and legal ownership has changed hands.

AMMUNITION & RELOADING: Safety regulations - we cannot verify the condition or whether items have been tampered with.

BODY ARMOR: Life-safety equipment - we cannot verify the protective integrity has not been compromised.

NFA ITEMS: Once ATF Form 4 is submitted, a federal process begins that cannot be reversed.

HAZMAT: DOT shipping regulations may prohibit return shipment of certain materials.

PPE/HYGIENE: Health and safety - cannot verify items were not used.
