How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 2-5 business days.

After we process the refund, allow an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Refunds are issued to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD only. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

What is your store credit policy?

Store credit is available as an alternative to refunds.

Choosing store credit qualifies you for a FREE return shipping label.

Store credit EXPIRES one (1) year from the date of issuance.

Store credit is NON-TRANSFERABLE and has no cash value.

Can I return without a receipt?

No. All returns require a valid order number or proof of purchase from Botach Tactical.

We cannot process returns without verification that the item was purchased from us.
