A2: Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items (see Non-Returnable Items for exclusions).

Items must be in NEW, UNUSED, and UNALTERED condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Items must be in original, undamaged retail packaging - do NOT attach shipping labels directly to the product box.

All factory accessories, manuals, and components must be included exactly as received.

We retain sole discretion to determine what constitutes acceptable "new" condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

STANDARD RETURNS (customer's preference): Customer pays return shipping.

STORE CREDIT RETURNS: If you accept store credit instead of a refund, we provide a FREE prepaid return label.

OUR ERROR: If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective on arrival), we provide a FREE return label - but you MUST report the issue within 3 business days of delivery.

You can also drop off returns at our location for free.

Are there restocking fees?

Items returned in factory-sealed, perfect condition: No restocking fee.

Items opened or installed but in untouched condition: 15% restocking fee.

Items showing signs of use, scratches, damage, or missing components: We reserve the right to increase the restocking fee at our sole discretion, up to 50% depending on condition.

Refused delivery or returned due to incorrect address provided by customer: $20 flat fee (this is our actual cost).

How do exchanges work?

We process exchanges as a RETURN + NEW ORDER (not a direct swap).

Return the original item following our return policy, then place a new order for the item you want.

We will honor your original discount or promotion code on the new order if applicable.

Same restocking fees and condition requirements apply.

Customer pays exchange shipping (unless our error).
